10-30-2013: Created carousel with jQuery and using UX design updates:

Added lighter background color to previous and next buttons
Added button disable states, no cursor nor action, plus gray backgrounds to previous and next buttons
Used background css instead of img tags for carousel controller dots (cutting down possibly on http requests)

11-07-2013: Included current ad types all with yellowish tan background:

Tried actual GDN ad but the gray on gray didn't look good.
UX needs to determine actual ad preview formats to show, more details in bug http://b.corp.google.com/issue?id=10484888
